Revlon Colorburst Lipstick - Sneak Peek

Today I have another short post for y'all.
Introducing the Revlon Colorburst Lipsticks.

The Revlon Colorburst range is a popular choice amongst the blogosphere, and while i don't have a ton of these here are 5 gorgeous shades that look incredible on a range of complexions.

These lipsticks are creamy, very pigmented and moist in texture. Though I find the moisture levels kind of differs from shade to shade. There are definitely some shades in there where my lips start to dry out after a few hours.

Priced at $14.99 AUD they don't really hurt the pocket as much and look fab sitting inside your makeup bag-all quilted and classy.

First Impressions - FURLESS Perfectly Pink Brushes

Today, I am pleased to share with you some new brushes I received during the week from Furless Cosmetics. They’re a cruelty free company, selling a range of makeup and brushes made of synthetic bristles as opposed to animal hair. As I suffer from sensitive skin, discovering an Australian makeup (brush) company that is completely fur-free, was such a lucky find.

YouTube Beauty Guru Talia Joy Castellano Passes Away

This morning at 11:22 a.m. EST, 13-year-old beauty guru Talia Joy Castellano passed away surrounded by family and friends. In a statement released on her Facebook page Angels for Talia, her family wrote:

“‪#‎prayfortalia‬ It is with a heavy heart that we share with all of you that Talia has earned her wings at 11:22am. Please lift her beautiful soul, her beautiful light to heaven and please send your love and prayers to her family during this most difficult time. God speed little one, may you be free from pain and suffering, may your soul feel the light and love that you brought to so many of us on this Earth during the short time you were her with us. We will miss you more than you will ever know baby girl.”

After sharing her terminal diagnosis with fans in March, Talia spent her final months inspiring her YouTube audience with her joy and passion for life. Talia spent her final six months in the hospital with her mom constantly by her side and received care packages and well wishes from fans and admirers including Bruno Mars and Kendall and Kylie Jenner. Fans also started the trending hashtag #prayfortalia and set to accomplishing the 72 items on the young beauty guru’s bucket list.

Through updates on her Facebook page, Talia’s family shared that Talia was constantly in good spirits and could not thank fans more for their love and support during Talia’s final months.

Bourjois Paris Blush Review - #33 Lilas D'or

Hey girls

Today's review will be on the Bourjois Paris Blush in shade #33 - Lilas D'or. Known as a supposed dupe for the Nars 'Orgasm' blush, at a more affordable price tag... ooh how exciting!

I haven't purchased any Bourjois blushes previously, though I'm sure this purchase will no doubt spark a new obsession. This colour, as mentioned before is 33 Lilas D'Or, is a lilac/pink rose with a stunning gold shimmer, which is perfect for winter and summer looks.

'Shopaholics Anonymous' on Vacation!

Hey readers,

My family and I just got home from a fantastic weekend away up north in Geraldton, Western Australia.

Geraldton is perched on a spectacular coastline to the west, rolling hills and breakaway ranges to the east, whilst the Chapman and Greenough Rivers frame this unique city to the north and south. The superb positioning and Mediterranean climate make Geraldton a truly perfect place to visit and live.

The agonizing five-hour drive sure was worth the wait. I also met up with a few family friends along the way.
