Top Fashion & Beauty Steals 2014*

Like many other shopaholics out there, I love to discover new brands and products on a budget. I mean, why pay full price when you can get a discount? That's why I try to be as savvy as possible when it comes to online shopping.

Recently, I came across an Australian website offering a world of savings, including, thousands of fashion, beauty, giftware, electronics and travel discounts. Plus other deals such as restaurant coupons, cheap hotel stays and flights, insurance deals and discounted movie tickets. This website is called CupoNation. Offering discount codes from popular  international stores such as ASOS, The Iconic and BeautyBay.

The Liebster Award - 10 Questions

First of all, I wanted to say a special thanks to Nina from Haus Of Makup for nominating me for the Liebster Award. As you all you might know, this award gives new bloggers a great opportunity to answer personal questions and be more interactive with the blogging community which is awesome!

I will be answering the 10 questions that Nina from Haus Of Makup has asked and will also be coming up with another 10 questions and nominating 10 bloggers in this post.

1. What is one thing you can't live without? And it can be anything in the world! 

 Ahh... food ;)


2. What's your favourite food? 

Chocolate all the way!

4. Drug store make up or high end make up? And why? 

Drugstore - Affordable doesn't always mean low quality.

5. How many shoes do you have in your wardrobe?

Surprisingly, I only own three pairs of shoes at the moment. Purely because I have to get custom made orthotic shoes made for me, which are around $400 AUD a pair. From around 4-years-of-age I've had to wear AFO's on both of my legs due to my disability (Osteogenesis Imperfecta - brittle bones & Cerebral Palsey). Without the aid of these, I am unable to walk.


6. Do you prefer blushers or bronzers? Why? 

Blush definitely - Simply because I SUCK at contouring. Hehe.


7. What makeup product are you leaning towards buying but haven't yet? 

Mac 'Creme Cup' lipstick.


8. If you had to use ONE makeup product for the rest of your life, what would it be? 

Almay hypo-allergenic liquid foundation - my holy grail makeup product.


9. Are you a denim, leggings, track suits, shorts or skirt person? 

100% skirt and dress person. I'm such a girly girl it's not funny...


10. If you had one wish, what would it be?

To have the ability to cure diseases such as cancer.

Lindsay Lohan Launches Style Blog

Expect the unexpected: Lindsay Lohan launches fashion blog


Lindsay Lohan is keeping busy now that she's free from her 90-day rehab stint. Her latest project? A style blog!

Last week, The recovering party girl launched lindsaylohan.com.
It features photos from her Instagram page, video clips from her recent interview with Oprah and posts on what she's been up to since her stay at the drug rehabilitation center, Cliffside Malibu.




Fans of the fiery redhead can scroll through the history for information on Lindsay's clothes and photo spreads of her latest ensembles.

The new site includes 'Insta-moments', videos of her previous music videos or magazine shoots and candid reports on Lindsay's own personal style.

It also focuses on her style and public appearances. It also encourages readers to get involved, imploring them to use hashtags on Twitter and Instagram. Although Lohan so far does not seem to be directly blogging, she must have some part - each post so far has been signed off with 'X TEAM LOHAN'.

Her comeback seems far from over. She's had her confessionals with Oprah, been visited in rehab by Ben Affleck and has also claimed that she's partying less.

This leaves us with one question. Yet two very different answers. What's next for the troubled starlet. A road to success... or a long road back to rehab?
