Have you ever wondered, 


  • "What scent is right for me?"
  • "How come I can't smell my perfume on myself?"
  • "Do I smell like my granny?"
To be completely honest, most of us would have had this thought once in our lifetime, weather your a 'spring chicken' or an 'old duck'. But don't be afraid...I've come to the rescue!

Displayed in the picture above is my personal perfume collection. May not seem like a lot, but these few are the scents which I have the most respect for, and those that I wear the most. 
So I've decided to show you all my top 10 (of the above perfumes)....so here we go!


# 10 - 'Vintage' by Kate Moss

Vintage is a new fragrance by Kate Moss created in cooperation with the house of Coty. The perfume arrived on the market in autumn 2009. Its name was inspired by Kate's love for vintage clothes - she believes that such items hide history in themselves. The fragrance has fruity-floral character. It opens with pink pepper, freesia and mandarin, a heart introduces jasmine, heliotrope and almond blossom, while a base finishes with musk, vanilla and tonka. Vintage can be found as 15 and 30ml edt, accompanied with a body care collection.

# 9 - "Signature For Her' By David & Victoria Beckham

Signature for Her by David & Victoria Beckham is a Chypre Floral fragrance for women. Signature for Her was launched in 2008. The nose behind this fragrance isSylvie Fischer. Top notes are star anise and green apple; middle notes are orchid, heliotrope and vanilla; base notes are patchouli, amber and musk.

# 8 - 'Luscious Pink' By Mariah Carey


Popular singer Mariah Carey, in cooperation with Elizabeth Arden, welcomes us into her pink world in a summer edition of her second perfume, named Luscious Pink.
The new fragrance arrives at the market in August 2008. It was created in cooperation with two perfumers, Carlos Benaim and Loc Dong, of IFF. They created the new fragrance containing notes of Sicilian bergamot, accords of ocean breeze and Italian sparkling cocktail Bellini. The heart hides petals of Tiara from Tahiti, lily of the valley and pink peony, while the base notes include accords of bright blond wood, sandalwood, white musk, which is a combination of notes described as a floral melody developing as Mariah's voice.
The bottle of Luscious Pink is very romantic and contains the same form as its predecessor. The creator is Jean Antretter, senior design director of the house of Elizabeth Arden. The bottle is coloured in pink nuances and yellow and light blue contours this time.
Commercial was made by photographer Michael Thompson, and will announce the perfume in September 2008, in fashion and cosmetics magazines, including Glamour and Cosmopolitan.
The collection that will be presented includes the perfume Luscious Pink in the amount of 30, 50 and 100 ml edp, and 200 ml perfumed body lotion.
A beautiful set of miniatures which includes three gracious small flacons with charming butterflies has been available since October 2008 for 35 dollars. Purple, pink and golden butterflies contain 0.16 fl.oz (5 ml)of fragrant fluid each and are a real treat.

# 7 - 'Miss Chi Chi' by Chi Chi

The bottle of Miss Chi Chi can be found as a 50ml edt, accompanied with a body care collection.

The fragrance has fruity-floral character. It opens with peach and mandarin, a heart introduces jasmine, almond blossom, while a base finishes with vanilla. Absolutely stunning fragrance.

# 6 - 'Midnight Fantasy' by Britney Spears

Britney has launched her fourth fragrance for a younger audience, Midnight Fantasy. Now, on the dark blue bottle, Swarowski crystals resemble real stars. Night flowers and exotic fruits make it mysterious and appealing, like forbidden fruit.
In the top notes there are exotic Framboise, black cherry, and plum. The heart features an harmonious dialogue of night orchid, freesia and iris. Amber, musk and vanilla create a dark and warm trail. The perfume was created by Caroline Sabas in 2006.

# 5 - 'Curious' by Britney Spears

Britney Spears' Curious is a lively, bright and effervescent fruity floral, aimed at twentysomethings with attitude. The Curious woman is romantic, independent and mischievous, one who's not afraid of risk. This is Britney Spears' first fragrance in partnership with Coty Inc., launched in 2004. It became an instant hit with the public.
The composition is based on the notes of white flowers surrounded with vanilla and musk nuances. It opens with fresh lotus, mouthwatering pear and magnolia. The intensive floral heart is composed of tuberose, jasmine and pink cyclamen. The sensual base is composed of musk, vanilla and precious woods.
The nose behind this fragrance is Claude Dir.

# 4 - 'Circus Fantasy' by Britney Spears

Circus Fantasy arrived on the market in August 2009. The perfume was created in cooperation with Elizabeth Arden and it introduces notes of fruit, intoxicating flowers and creamy musk. Top notes incorporate juicy raspberry zest and apricot blossom. The heart adds blue peony along with lotus and orchid, while base notes include vanilla, musk and violet candy. The fragrance is available in a blue flacon shaped like its antecedents, Fantasy and Midnight Fantasy.

# 3 - 'Fantasy' by Britney Spears

Fantasy is the second fragrance by Britney Spears, and was launched in 2005. This is a love potion locked up in an attractive bottle adorned with Swarovski crystals. Fantasy is a sensual and gourmand scent. It opens with fruity mix of litchi, golden quince and kiwi. The provocative heart is composed of jasmine and white chocolate. The base combines orris root, musk and woods.
The nose behind this fragrance is James Krivda.

# 2 - 'Purr' by Katy Perry

The composition of Katy Perry Purr is developed by Firmenich perfumer house, combining top notes of peach, forbidden apple, gardenia and green bamboo with the heart of jasmine, pink freesia and Bulgarian rose and the base of vanilla orchid, creamy sandalwood, white amber, coconut and musk.
The image of the bottle is in the form of a cat with eyes like jewels, colored in metallic shades of lavender.
The advertising poster, signed by Miles Aldridge, shows the famous pop star dressed in a pink and purple latex cat suit playing with a huge ball of wool.
Katy Perry Purr is available as 30, 50 and 100 ml EDP and an accompanying collection of bath foam and body lotion. Purr was launched in 2010.

# 1 - 'Viva La Juicy' by Juicy Couture

The perfume Viva la Juicy was presented as a gourmet floral fragrance, which opens with notes of wild berries and juicy mandarin. The heart encompasses a floral blend of honeysuckle, gardenia and jasmine, while the base notes await us with a gourmet rhapsody of amber, caramel, vanilla, sandalwood and pralines.
The perfume arrives in a typical Juicy Couture bottle with a charming ribbon of fuchsia colour, as 50 and 100 ml EDP, as well as roll on edition in the amount of 7,5 ml EDP, appropriate for your purse.
Besides the perfume, the collection includes 200 ml rich, luxurious body cream, 250 ml bath and 250 ml body lotion. Viva la Juicy was launched in 2008.
